Before you start
Make sure to follow the instructions sheet and/or watch the "how to" video. The hair removal Sugar temperature is your key to success. Pay close attention to the heating instructions. if the sugar paste is too warm, it will liquify and may burn the skin. If the sugar paste is not warm enough, it will be hard to squeeze out of the bottle. We recommend you keep the bottle in a cup filled with hot water throughout the hair removal to help maintain the desired honey-like consistency.
Ensure you use the sugar on clean dry skin.
Step 1: Squeeze: Using your Kiss Waxing Strip Sugar bottle, squeeze directly onto the skin, in small sections at a time. For smaller areas of the body such as eyebrows, apply the Kiss Waxing Sugaring Paste using a spatula for a more precise application. For larger areas such as legs, apply directly to the skin from the squeeze bottle. The paste should be easy to squeeze with a honey-like consistency.
Step 2: Spread: Firmly hold the spatula and spread the sugar paste in an even, thin layer in the direction of hair growth. You may need to repeat multiple times until no more sugar rolls over the spatula. A thin layer will best grip each hair and ensure a hair-free finish.
Step 3: Strip: Apply the cotton strip over the Kiss Waxing Sugaring Paste, and press firmly onto the skin in the direction of the hair growth. Keep skin taut and remove the strip parallel to the body against the direction of hair growth. Repeat a few times if needed over the same skin area to remove any sugar residual. You can use the same strip over the same area multiple times.
Most Importantly
Take your time and don't get discouraged. It may take a few trials to get sugaring right for your hair type. The sugar paste is 100% natural and can be washed off with a damp cloth. It doesn't stain or damage any surface or fabric. A bottle of sugar paste goes a long way so you can do multiple trials and errors before you get it right.
